Cast your Vote
It is mandatory for Stoachers to vote on their preferred meeting times for each 3-month Stoaching term. This step should be completed no later than 48 hours after intake form submission.
The poll will be updated every 3 months for Stoachers to vote on new meeting days/times. If you find that this link below expired or having any other technical issues, please immediately email info.stoaching@gmail.com for assistance.
You must receive an email confirmation of your application approval and chosen session times from the Stoaching team before moving forward.

Submit Payment
Once you have received an email confirmation of your application approval and chosen session times from the Stoaching team, you should submit your payment for sessions.
Stoaching is $50 per month.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month in 2-month increments.
Your $100 payment covers 2 months of Stoaching sessions.
How to Pay
Payments can be paid through Paypal or Venmo.

It is mandatory that all payments include the Stoacher's full name and the payment’s purpose.

Another option for payment is the Stoaching Honor System.
One of Stoaching's main objectives is to remove barriers to your goal/dream fulfillment by making Stoaching ethical and equitable.

Optional Gratuities
We greatly appreciate your trust in our services. If you wish to express your gratitude beyond the session, optional gratuities are welcome.
It is mandatory that all gratuity payments include a full name and the payment’s purpose.

Next Steps
Within one week after submitting your initial payment, you will receive your welcome letter, session confirmation, payment receipt, and the upcoming Stoaching Session Zoom link.
All Stoachers will be emailed reminders a week before their upcoming session, and 24 hours prior to their upcoming session.
